Product Description
The intelligent scraping board consists of three parts, that is, the power part, the control part and the mechanical part.The power part means the driving unit, including the motor, reducer and motor base. The control part is an operation panel, and the mechanical part contains all galvanized steel products, such as scraper, rotating wheel and transmission chain. A driving unit drives the scraping board through the drive chain to form a closed loop. There is a turning wheel orientation and direction change around the loop, and it can realize the unidirectional or bi-directional dung cleaning.

Drive chain
With the driving chain, drive chain drives the scraper in the barn to do circuit manure cleaning.
The material of the motor chain: manganese zinc steel, corrosion resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, can used as 200meters long cow shed.
Corner wheel
The corner wheel is composed of a corner wheel box, an active side plate, a sprocket wheel and a central axis. The main function of the wheel is to change the direction of the chain.
Material is zinc steel material.
Automatic lubrication system on the corner wheel.
Manure Scraper
The manure board is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate.
The scraper is mainly composed of a dung scraping plate base, scraper, vice principal gear oxtail, wear-resistant rubber etc.
