Wide gap heat exchangers developed for fluids containing fibers or coarse particles and for fluids with high viscosity.  Suitable for sugar, alcohol fermentation, paper, pulp industry.  Large clearance plate heat exchangers provide open channels for heat exchange, ensuring high turbulence and high heat transfer efficiency.  The use time of this heat exchanger and the time between two cleaning are longer than the shell and tube heat exchanger, at the same time, the surface of the plate is also easy to use manual cleaning.
