Description

A: Company profile

L.T Graphite has a comprehensive product and technology portfolio that focuses on four fields of graphite - ultrafine particle graphite mould, graphite electrode, graphite crucible, as well as other products mainly made of graphite.
Graphite materials exhibit unique properties such as good electrical and thermal conductivity, heat and corrosion resistance, low friction, and reduced weight while at the same time maintaining high strength. Due to the shortage of energy and raw materials, our high performance products made from graphite are in increasingly high demand in industries. They also play a progressively important role in everyday life, thereby substituting traditional materials.

B: Applications

Ultra-thin graphite paper is also known as thermally conductive graphite sheet, heat-dissipating graphite film, graphite heat-dissipating film and so on. Thermally conductive graphite film is a new type of heat-conducting and heat-dissipating material, and its heat-conducting and heat-dissipating effect is very obvious. Now it has been widely used in plasma displays, liquid crystal displays, TVs, notebook computers, mobile phones, monitors, microprocessors, projectors, power supplies , LED and other electronic products. The heat generated by these electronic components will be evenly conducted through the ultra-thin graphite paper, which can ensure that the electronic components are not burned by high temperature and prolong the service life of the electronic components.

C: Product Features

The surface can be combined with metal, plastic, stickers and other materials to meet more design functions and needs. Low thermal resistance: thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminum, 20% lower than copper, 25% lighter than aluminum, 75% lighter than copper, and high thermal conductivity. Graphite heat sinks can be smoothly attached to any flat and curved surfaces, and can be cut in any form according to customer needs. In the plane, it has ultra-high thermal conductivity in the range of 150-1500 W/m-K.

L.T Graphite can produce thermal conductive graphite film with a thickness of 0.025mm-1.0mm, a density of 0.4-1.9g/cm3, and a width of 500mm-1000mm.
