Machine Details
Using HUAHUA independently developed CNC drilling heads, Manufacturing in accordance with international standards, After three-coordinate detection, the accuracy is guaranteed.

Top: Vertical 12pcs + Horizontal 8pcs

Using 4pcs linear ATC tool magazine, suit for processing panel surface side and 4 sides slotting, Lamello processing, the corresponding tools can be automatically replaced according to different process requirements.

9.5kw high speed spindle with ISO30 tool changer, 4 pcs tools suit for panel 4 sides slotting or Special hinge processing etc., to meet variety panel side special process demands.

Using ball screw drive, the screw drive error is within 0.05-0.1MM, the cumulative error is within ±0.2MM, and the service life of the whole machine is improved.
SKH-612HTC can option automatic side discharge table, or automatic loading and unloading roller and HHM nesting software.
