Heavy duty cable protection tiles, also known as cable protection covers, are manufactured from a high impact recycled polymer and designed to withstand damage from plant and hand tools.

Mixer→Loader→Extruder→Mould→Three-roll Calender→Cooling bracket→Haul off→Cutter→Stacker
1.This production line could process recycled material as HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE flake or granules
2.Single screw extruder with Siemens motor,ABB inverter,RKC/Omron temperature controller
3.Roller gap of three-roller calender could be adjusted exactly which could ensure sheet smooth and plain
4.Haul off would work synchronously with three-roller calender and cutter.
5.The whole line is equpped with mixer,loader,temperature contoller,chiller and all the requested auxilairy machines.
