Q1: How can you guarantee the quality?
A1: Our QC staff will inspect the raw material,during the process of before-filling, after-filling and before-delivery we will inspect the sealant .
Q2:Can I get a sample?
A2:Yes,we provide.We will keep the sample for around 12 months to in case if there is any problem, so that we can trace it.
Q3: Can you provide OEM service?
A3:Of course,we have printing and we produce cartridges and sausages ourselves.
Q4:How to solve the quality problem after sales?
A4: Take the photos or videos of the problem to us. After confirming the problem, we will make a satisfied solution to you.
