Usage of hand-held laser welding machine
I. Startup preparation
Before starting the machine, please check whether the power supply and air supply are normal, and whether the welding gun head is correct and free of dust.
II. Start up
The starting sequence of the hand-held laser welding machine is to turn on the emergency stop switch first, then turn on the machine power supply, system power supply, and laser power supply in turn. Please wait 30 seconds for the water tank to fully rotate,
III. Welding preparation
Turn on the air source switch and set the laser parameters to be set on the control panel. After preparation, find one material to be welded for trial welding.
IV. End of welding
When the welding is completed, first turn off the laser power supply, then turn off the system power supply and the machine power supply in turn. The welding gun head should be coiled on the equipment.
