Automatic fire water cannon system(Low Flow)
When the automatic fire water monitor receives the fire alarm (UV or IR) signal, the water monitor built-in image IR flame detector will automatically rotate along with the water monitor and lock the flame for 3 seconds, then spray to extinguish the fire. Otherwise, the water monitor will be considered as a false alarm, and the water monitor will reset automatically.
The water cannon built-in image IR flame detector locks the fire source under the condition that any of the conditions of difference temperature and constant temperature reach the set threshold.
Fire alarm detection radius of built-in UV flame detector: when the installation height of water monitor is 10m, the detection radius is 35 ~ 40m and the field of view angle (FOV) is 120 °. The detection and alarm radius of the detector decreases with the decrease of the installation height.
Fire alarm detection radius of built-in IR image flame detector: coordinate axis X is 15 °, coordinate axis Y is 55 °, and the detection distance is 80m.
Before the factory delivery product, according to the installation height requirements of the water monitor provided by the user, the parameters such as the pitch angle compensation value of the water monitor corresponding to the installation height of the water monitor can be set in the program of the water monitor, so that the water monitor can accurately lock the flame center and spray fire extinguishing.
The working process of water monitor is two stages:
1. Stage I: after the fire alarm is found by the built-in or external flame detector of the water monitor, the water monitor will rotate automatically according to the set automatic rotation angle range. The built-in infrared image flame detector locks the static or moving fire source center and carries out fixed-point spraying, so as to quickly suppress the fire source. The fixed-point injection time is 3 seconds.
2. The second stage: the swinging water spraying program is started after the water monitor sprays water at a fixed point for 3S. The swinging water spraying time of the water monitor is 155 seconds.
The set time of each detection on water monitor to the completion of water spraying is 180 seconds. The water spraying process of water monitor is two processes: fixed-point water spraying and swing water spraying. The swinging water spraying procedure shall be started after the water monitor sprays water at a fixed point for 5S. The swinging angle of the water monitor is 6 ° up, 6 ° down, 3 ° left and 3 ° right. The swinging water spraying time of the water monitor is 155s.
