Sintered silicon carbide +spherical-pore is manufactured by adding a special porous agent to form micro pores uniformly distr ibuted through high heat sintering. These independent pores exist without connection and act as a lubricant or the storage of the body fluid to help keep liquid membrane on the friction interface and reduce the friction heat by further improving the friction properties. This product not only have the properties of sintered silicon carbide but also si more suitable for use in moement dry friction and long-term half dry friction work conditions and used in the new &high-tech fields, chemical,shipbuilding and scientific technology and other applications.
