Tungsten carbide stud pins are an very important wear parts applied in high pressure grinding roller machine which are widly used in the cement , Iron core,mining crushing industry. The carbide pins of High pressure grinding roller machine also are specifically used for Briquetting applications.

Hard metal studs pins due to its high wear resistance , which make HPGR having more longer lifte time . In the mean time , our cemented carbide stud pins have over 4000 megapascals., So high toughness makes the studs pins not easily creak.

Our carbide studs in the China mainland have built very steady, longer markets . Now we are cooperating with some bigger cement factories, such as TAPAI CEMENT FACTORY which are our important partner. There are also other equipment manufacturers of the grinding rolling machine which are using our stud pins.

Items Tungsten carbide wear parts to be packed suitably for Express, sea freight, train freight and road freight.
Items Cemented Carbide wear parts to be placed into plastic box or paper box or buckets. Each bucket/box not exceed 25KG. These are to be labelled using customer provided label, put ont to a pallet and the pallets to be completely enclosed with wood.
