Haul-off and Winding Mahine (1) The Haul-off machine was equipped with ABB converter, with wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable, haul-off speed is synchronous with extruder rpm.
(2) The winding machine was equipped with Siemsn servo traversing unit, for tidy and neat coiling , also with tension controller device to adjust the winding speed, separately controlled by Siemens PLC Control system.
(3) For the high speed 100m/min, the automatic coiler machine will be equipped, with the function of auto winding, auto reel change, and auto cutting, auto strapping, auto coil unloading.
