Self-developed domestic semi-automatic rolling machine

Basic functions:

1. Automatic ratio and glue supply (AB)
The two-component liquid (such as AB glue) can be accurately stirred and mixed in proportion, however much it is, will be instantly mixed, which is convenient, fast and economical.
2. Automatic manipulator trajectory dispensing
Precise positioning of the trajectory, apply glue by the trajectory programming and dispensing of any point, line, arc, circle, etc. Can do multiple paths at the same time.
3. Automatic feeding and roll.
4. The central tube is automatically loaded, and the ready products automatically go to the collector
     Automatic feeding of non-woven, central tube, ultrasonic auto welding, auto glue dispensing, auto rolling, auto membrane cutting, auto tape rolling, automatic tape cutting.
5. Dynamic mixing alarm system: independently developed the real-time monitoring system to monitor the rotation speed of the mixing blade. If there is a break or jam, the equipment will automatically alarm and shut down to prevent uneven glue mixing;
6. Dynamic mixing valve, servo motor drive mixing blade, 3000 rpm/min, high-speed rotation and instant mixing, suitable for automatic mixing of glue with great difference in proportion;
7. It is equipped with a pressure sensor to monitor the internal pressure of the pipeline in real time, and automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure is abnormal;
8. High-precision gear pump metering system (using high-precision gear pump, high precision and long service life);
9. Intelligent detection of the material frame, machinery stops working after the material frame is manually removed;
10. Intelligently avoid the water inlet hole of the central tube to prevent welding onto the water inlet hole from affecting product performance;
11. The function of pre-gluing: the number of pre-gluing layers can be set; the gluing and rolling work is separately done to save rolling time.
12. Guide cloth constant tension control system: magnetic powder brake + torque motor drive, real-time control of tension;
13. Intelligent reminder of the glue layer number, automatic display on the screen, manual loading and unloading to make special-shaped central tube products;
14. Half-page function, half-page glue can be applied at the central tube, reducing the probability of half-page air leakage;
15. Glue line trajectory and glue amount can be set at will;
16. There is a mateial short feeding detection on the central tube silo, which will automatically alarm and stop if there is no material;
17. The central tube is automatically rejected and automatically discharged to the designated trough;

Machine structure:


1. It can produce the products with big central tubes, which the outer diameter is 20mm, and the length is 200mm-350mm, and automatic loading and unloading.
2. Rolling space is increased so that the equipment can produce modules with diameter of 40-98mm.
3. All doors are equiped with door safety switch
4. Safety grating in manual operation position
5. Part of the rubber bucket is installed with guardrails  

Rolling:
The central tube tightening pattern is the internal tightening type. As long as the inner diameter of different types of central tubes is the same, there is no need to replace the tightening part, which avoids the trouble of frequent replacement of the head of the traditional buckle clamp. It can be customized according to different inner diameters. by different tightening rubber rings.
After the central tube is pu on, the tightening cylinder shrinks, which drives the tightening stud to expand the tensioning rubber, and tightening inside the central tube, relying on friction to drive the center tube to rotate.

Auto central tube feed:
1. The silo is capable to load 40 central pipes at a time (take the inner diameter of 34mm as an example, the exact quantity vary due to the inner diameters of central tubes.
2. There is a top lift turbine for the central tubes to automatically feed.
3. The silo has a lack of material detection alarm.
4. There is a testing alarm for central tubes when it finishes the loading.
5. There is a detecting sensor to check if the central tubes are put in a wrong direction, and removes the center tube which is upside down.  

Auto material feed: product automatically goes  into feed frames:
1. Standard material frame: L545*W415*H300mm
2. When the rolling done, the top shaft cylinder automatically retracts, and the loading and unwelding cylinder assists in releasing.
3. The material pushing cylinder pushes the module into the waiting area of the material frame.
4. The feeding cylinder blocks the module and unblocks it, which automatically unloading of the module to the material frame.
5. It detects the materials in the frames.

Ultra-sonic welder:
1. Automatically weld the central tube with nets.
2. It is well welded and fast. The entire welding process only takes 3 seconds, which is 10 times the efficiency of hand-applied double-sided tape.
3. Three ultrasonic welding heads with adjustable spacing, which can adapt to 150-300mm long central tube. 

Net auto transfer:
1. The nets clamping cylinder clamps the nets, and cooperates with the magnetic powder brake to make the nets in a horizontal tension state, and the tension is consistent.
2. The net conveying cylinder conveys to the bottom of the central tubes, which is automatically welded.

Net auto cut:
1. The lifting cylinder lifts the nets, so that the net is in a state of tension on the inclined surface. The cutting cylinder cuts quickly.
2. The cutting speed is fast, which the entire cutting process only takes 2 seconds. The cutting end face is flat and even.  

Tape auto wrapping:
1. The lifting cylinder lifts the tape and pack with the module completed by rolling. The rolling motor scrolls for an automatic packaging.
2. The cutting speed is fast, and the entire cutting process only takes 2 seconds. The cutting end face is flat and even.
