CNC Corner Combining Production Line of Aluminum Window Processing

The loading table is used as te loading buffer area in the production line, which can buffer 4-8 at one time according to the different sizes of processed materials, so that the production line can realize high-efficiency production without stopping.

It has the function of full automatic pre-tightening, and adopts the method of controlling the torque output of servo motor to realize the pre-tightening action of angle assembling head with controllable strength and realize high-quality angle assembling processing.

Seamless connection with the corner assembly part, full-automatic loading and unloading, and seamless switching of window sash with different sizes. Machining can be realized only by inputting the height and distance of hole position, without programming.

The mail function of the assembly station is to install other accessories for the window sash after the corner assembly is completed, which can be seamlessly connected with the unloading station and directly transport the processed window sash to the assembly station.

It can be used as a temporary blanking area when it is not connected with the mounting table. When machining with different sizes is changed, it will be linked with the main machine of the corner assembly part to automatically position to the corresponding size.
