Vacuum boiler is consists of combustion chamber, heat transfer tubes, heat medium, vacuum chamber and heat exchanger, etc. The boiler operates under negative pressure, so it is absolute safety. The heat medium is pure water that is completely deoxidized. It only transfers heat in the vacuum chamber, and it has no corrosion and no scale, so the life of the boiler is greatly extended.

1. The pressure of the medium circulating system is lower than atmospheric, the boiler operates under negative pressure, so there is no risk of expansion or explosion.
2. There is no scaling inside the boiler and the heat exchanger is made of stainless steel. The design life exceeds 20 years.
3. Vacuum Boiler adopts horizontal type three pass structure. It is small in size, easy to install, requires no professional installers, and saves a lot of installation materials.
4. One boiler can be equipped with multiple heat exchangers to supply hot water at different temperatures and for different uses.
5. Highly automation. The boiler can automatically control the start and stop and burn time through program settings. The boiler can also automatically detect steam pressure, water pipe temperature, fuel consumption, water volume, exhaust gas temperature, and so on.
