Description
Basalt fibre: Continuous fibre drawn from natural basalt. It is a continuous fiber made of basalt stone after melting at 1450ºC ~ 1500ºC by platinum-rhodium alloy wire drawing drain plate at high speed. Natural basalt fibers are generally brown in color. Basalt fiber is a new kind of inorganic environmental protection high performance fiber material, it is composed of silicon dioxide, alumina, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide and titanium dioxide and other oxides. Basalt continuous fiber not only has high strength, but also has electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and other excellent properties. In addition, the production process of basalt fiber determines the generation of less waste, small pollution to the environment, and the product can be directly degraded in the environment after waste, without any harm, so it is a veritable green, environmental protection material.

Outstanding features
1. Outstanding temperature resistance and heat insulation performance, the use of temperature range: -269 ~ 900 degrees (softening point 960 degrees), thermal conductivity is the lowest in inorganic fiber, lower than most organic fiber
2. Outstanding tensile strength: The tensile strength of CBF is 3800 ~ 4800Mpa
3. Natural compatibility with silicate, silicate with cement, stable performance in alkaline medium
4. Good chemical stability, according to the excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance and water resistance
5. Significant thermal vibration resistance stability, mass loss fraction of nearly 0.03 at 900 degrees,
6. Good dielectric properties, volume resistivity is one order of magnitude higher than glass fiber, dielectric loss Angle tangent is 50% lower than glass fiber,
7. It has good radiation protection function.

Application: civil construction, road and bridge construction, new energy construction, petroleum engineering, aerospace, fire resistance and heat insulation
