Silane crosslinked polyethylene insulating material is produced by low density polyethylene as main raw material, added with lineailow density polyethylene, silane coupling agent, initiator, antioxidant, through the process of miing, plasticizing and prling. Silanecrosslinked polyethylenehas three models, which are YJG - 10, YJG ( black ), and ( silver grey ), and adopts two - step productiortechnology, in which A material is grafting material, B material is catalytic masterbatch, with mixing ratio of 95:5. The product has thecharacteristic of good processability, simple process, excellent performance, suitable for production of low voltage electric cables ≤ 10 kv,overhead cable and control cables ≤ 10 kv.
