R'aloxifene Hydrochloride is an estrogen agonist/antagonist, referred to as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and belongs to the benzothiophe class of compounds. The biological actions of R'aloxifene are largely mediated through binding to estrogen receptors.
