Features:
The structure of the compressed air condensate automatic drainer is different from that of the traditional drainer. It is equipped with stainless steel inverted bucket floating ball drainage system, which belongs to continuous dynamic discharge and is equipped with manual sewage and slag discharge valve. The shell material is available in aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The product is equipped with micro drainage gas, which can lead the condensate into the drainer and drain at any time, and reduce the condensate retained in the equipment to the minimum. It is the best choice for the blow down accessories of the compressed air equipment because of its noiseless operation, no strict requirements for the installation position and requirements, and no blockage at the outlet of the aperture.
Principle and performance:When the compressed air at the inlet is continuously injected into the inverted bucket floating ball, the condensate in the floating ball Is discharged, and the floating ball rises upward due to the effect of buoyancy to close the drain port, and the condensate is not discharged; when the inlet enters into the inverted bucket floating ball, the condensate is injected into the inverted bucket floating ball, and the air in the floating ball is discharged, and the buoyancy of the floating ball disappears, and under the effect of gravity, it falls down to open the drain port, The condensate is discharged; when the condensate is reduced, the drain is closed again.
