Machine Description
This is a 3/4 automatic two-color flat screen printing machine with uv curing. It uses Taiwan's mechanical cam divider to form a high-speed tramsmission table. It can run at a high speed without any vibration. The manipulator can unload automatically. Suitable for plastic, hardware, stationery boxes, glass, wood products, makeup boxes, powder boxes, eye shadow boxes, films and other product surface screen printing, accurate color register, good printing effect, is the first choice for two-color batch screen printing manufacturers.
Machine Structure Details
1. Automatic feeding, automatic unloading system by manipulator
2. High accuracy processing fixturer for accuracy of printing.
3. Automatic dust removal system before printing to ensure the stability of printing quality
4. Powerful vacuum adsorption device to ensure that the product does not move or deviate during the conveying process
5. Post-press uv curing system
6. Taiwan Xinje PLC + Taiwan Xinje touch screen control system, simple and convenient operation
7. Pneumatic system is used up and down, servo operation is used for front and rear, and servo manipulator is used for feeding
8. The squeegee angle, printing pressure and screen distance are convenient and easy to adjust. The squeegee and flood bar are switched by precision guide rails to ensure vertical Straight accuracy, smooth operation
9. The whole machine is equipped with a safety protection emergency stop switch, which is safe, stable and reliable
10. (10 worktables) adopt high-precision rotating mechanism for positioning, stable operation, fast speed, and effectively improve printing output.
