Function of the synthelic paclitaxel extract:
Paclitaxel is a taxol derivative synthesized in the process of structural modification of paclitaxel. It has good bioavailability and little toxic and side effects. Docetaxel is a paclitaxel anticancer agent that acts as an antitumor agent by interfering with the microtubule network necessary for cell function during mitosis and interdivision. Doentaxel binds to free tubulin, promotes tubulin assembly into stable microtubules, and inhibits its depolymerization, leading to the generation of dysfunctional microtubules and the fixation of microtubules, thereby inhibiting cell mitosis. Docetaxel binding to microtubules did not change the number of protofilaments
