PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 1. EATHUlifting pin anchor system,consists of a cast in spherical head anchor (also known as a pin or "dog-bone") and a matching lifting link which quickly engages in the anchor ready for the crane hook.
2. The Lifting pin Anchors are made in a rangeof sizes for loads up to 45 t groupedtogether with a lifting link for eachclassified group. There is an appropriaterubber recess former to ensure that theconcrete is cast in the correct shape. Pin Anchors are clearly labelled withthe load allowable to avoid mismatchor confusion and the recess ensuresthat a larger link cannot be engagedin a smaller anchor from a differentclassified group.
3.The ligting pin anchor is forgedfrom round material St 52-3 or stainlesssteel 1.4401 with load groups from 1.3up to 32 t. Special anchors for higherloads are available. The anchors areavailable in different lengths, dependingon their application. Longer anchors areused in reduced edge spacings or forlow concrete strengths. 4.
