92% 95% Al2O3 Aluminium Ceramic Lining Liner Wear Ceramic Rubber Lining
ceramic wear lining provides excellent wear resistance in applications with sliding wear and high material speeds, particularly where the material has only a slight impact angle.
The long-lasting unique design of ceramic inserts improves wear life and impact resistance and offers improved sustainability due to fewer liners being used.
The ceramic wear lining also reduces noise and vibration in the application.
The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the elasticity of rubber effectively reduce impact forces. The composition of ceramic and rubber well solved the problem of the wear and impact issue.
Structure of abrasion chute lining rubber ceramic liner with cn back bond layer:
High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramics. Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical or hexagonal, brick, etc.
Cushion Rubber: Superior rubber impact absorbing.
Connection: cn bonding layer adhesive(cold glue adhesive) and bolt-on or weld-on.
Type 1: Ceramic + Rubber + steel back plate + studs, fastening method: welded mounting studs for easy installation.
Type 2: Ceramic + Rubber + CN bonding layer, fastening method: via cold vulcanization.
Type 3: Ceramic + Rubber + countersunk, fastening method: install by bolts and studs.
Type 4: Rubber + Steel backing plate + studs: fastening method: welded mounting studs for easy installation.
