Specification
Injection Silicone Rubber for baby nipples, which is also named addition cure LSR and platinum cure LSR, is generally a type of two parts liquid silicone rubber, which remains stable and flexible over a wide temperature range.
Applications
Injection Silicone Rubber is non-toxic and has high compression & tensile strength.Today we are going to recommend you the model code GTSIL-LSR20 20 shore A, which is very suitable for production of baby nipples, phone case and so on.
Adavantages
1. Low viscosity for easy operating, great for making simple one- or two-piece block molds.
2. Food grade,totally non-toxic, odorless, harmless, and eco-friendly
3. Not oily, no bubbles, low shrinkage
4. Durable with excellent tear and tensile strength
5. Very good fluidity for both pouring operation and brushing.
6. Excellent resistance against heat, acid & alkali and aging.
How to use food molding liquid silicone rubber:
1. Put the prototype into the container
2. Mix the liquid silicone A and B
3. Put the liquid silicone rubber into the vacuum machine for deairring.
4. Put the mix liquid silicone into the container
Demoulding after it is cured. Start to use the rubber molds after 24 hours.
Note
1.The blended release agent should be used up within 6 hours, so as not to affect the coating effect.
2. All things (stirring tools, containers, molds, molds, sludge, etc.) that use condensed silicone should be cleaned when using addition silicone to avoid non-curing or incomplete curing.
3. Do not contact with water, impurities, tin, salt, amine additives and organic substances containing sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and iron during use. These additives may cause incomplete curing of the release agent.
