Due to the extensive application of steel structures, various required profiles can be quickly purchased in the market, and steel structure manufacturers have a high degree of specialization, and the processing accuracy and quality control have reached a high level. The steel structure is light and convenient for transportation. Its simple installation form is suitable for mechanized installation, which can reduce the construction period. Moreover, the steel structure adopts bolt connection and welding, which is easy to disassemble and install, and can be reused continuously. Compared with other concrete structures, it has incomparable advantages.
3. Simple design and strong calculation feasibility
Because the steel raw materials control the production quality better, making the material performance of the steel structure more uniform, there is little difference between the simulation results and the actual situation. Empirical formulas or simulation software can be widely used in the design to make the settlement results more reliable.
4. Economic advantages
For long-span and heavy load overpasses, steel structure can save 2/5 dead weight. As the deadweight is reduced, the construction installation and material costs are saved, and the foundation cost is reduced. Moreover, the amount of materials used for steel pedestrian overpass is also less than that of concrete. This greatly saves costs.

PACKAGING& LOADING
1. All standard components are packed in plywood box.
2. All steel structure weld components are packed with blanket or bubble-wrap to avoid scratch during loading and unloading.
3. All steel structure are packed in steel pallet together into container, much save loading and unloading time, labor cost.
4. All sandwich panel are packed in steel pallet.
5. Material components will be made container load plan, also make regional unloading plan to avoid retransport on site.
