Micro Perforated acoustic panel :
Exclusive micro-perforation applications make Micro a convincing solution for an invisible yet beautifully sounding indoor climate.
Using state-of-the-art laser technology, the panels are micro-perforated with the finest pores according to individual requirements. The small hole diameters are discreet in appearance and simultaneously very effective in terms of sound absorption.
A basic and time tested approach to acoustics , profiles are created with either one single diameter hole or with dual-diameter solutions .
Various hole sizes , spacings and arrangements are possible .
Perforated acoustic panel is made with a 2-layer perforation structure which traps and diffracts sound in the holes .
Each panel had a machined groove joint for either a seamless or gap joinery .
The sound that passes through the perforation is further absorbed by acoustic substrate such as fiberglass or mineral wood

About NRC Test Method :Measurement according to ASTM C423-07a Standard Test Method for Sound Absorption and Sound Absorption Coefficients by the Reverberation Room Method

The measurements were carried out according to BS EN ISO 354 : 2003 Acoustics Measurement of Sound Absorption in a reverberation room (equivalent to GB/T 20247-2006) in the Acoustic Testing Services Limited .
Finish Options :NOTE : veneered elements made of natural wood which are naturally grown wood and are inherently subject-related variations in color and structure even veneers within a tribe may be have some differences , therefore these elements have to be sorted harmoniously on their structure and color before the site job wall or ceiling mounting .
