Function1.  Nooglutyl has glutamatergic effects is a highly active drug in treating disturbances of memory and learning, protecting against ischemic neuronal damage and brain injury. It has been demonstrated to have a stronger effect on glutamate receptors than Noopept.
2. Better for Memory Creation and Retention. Nooglutyl powder has been determined to have effective and potent nootropic properties.
DiscribeCompound 7P promotes neurite outgrowth of cultured primary neurons derived from the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and retina. In an animal model of optic nerve injury, Compound 7P was shown to induce growth of GAP-43 positive axons, indicating that the in vitro neurite outgrowth activity of Compound 7P translates into stimulation of axon regeneration in vivo.

Axon regeneration after central nervous system injury is hindered, in part because if axon growth potential decreases with age, one of the strategies to stimulate axon growth of injured neurons is pharmacological treatment of related signaling pathways. Based on the selection of chemical library of phenotypic cells and the optimization of structure activity guidance, the compound 7p that promotes the axon growth of cultured neurons was identified from primary neurons of hippocampus, cerebral cortex and retina. In the animal model of optic nerve injury, compound 7p can induce the growth of GAP-43 positive axons, which indicates that the neurite growth activity of compound 7p in vitro is transformed into the stimulation of axon regeneration in vivo. Further optimization of compound 7p and elucidation of its mechanism of inducing axon regeneration will provide a reasonable basis for strengthening the treatment strategy in the future.
