After-Sales Service:
1. The HQD e-cigarette has a 12-month warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly and fully checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 0.01%.
3. In case any defects occur during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defect is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacement.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of returns and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
