| A. All our processes strictly adhere to IATF16949 procedures. If the product does not work properly as described, and the problem is proven to be our fault, we will provide exchange services for the same specific item. |

| Do you make customers' spare parts? |
| A. Yes, you can send us samples and we can develop the new models, especially for you. |

| What about the delivery time? |
| A. If we have stock of the item you need, we can send goods to you within 3 working days after deposit or 100% payment into our bank account. If we don't have stock, the time to make each product is different generally, it takes 1 to 45 working days. |

| Could we make a visit to your factory? |
| A: Yes, you are welcome. But before that, we will do the visiting investigation. |
