Shipping LCL booking and matters needing attention:1. Fax or email your shipping order to the forwarder, the shipping order must be stamped with the shipper's
booking seal or official seal. The following must be included: a. SHIPPER b. The CONSIGNEE c. The NOTIFY
PARTY d. Port of departure e. Port of destination f. Name of Goods, number of Pieces, Gross weight and volume G.
Freight terms (prepaid and collected)g. Other requirements.
2. The forwarder shall arrange the ship, warehouse address, contact number, contact person and the latest
warehousing period according to the requirements on your order sheet. Please be sure to enter the warehouse
according to the warehousing number before the latest warehousing period. If you arrive after the latest arrival date,
the shipping company will not be able to guarantee the shipment of your goods as scheduled and may incur loss of space charges.
3. The closing time of the Customs is usually 10 a.m. the day before departure. The shipper shall submit all customs
declarations to the shipping company one day before this date; If commodity inspection, fumigation and other
time-consuming services are required, relevant documents should be sent to the shipping company
in advance (generally 5-7 working days in advance), so as to avoid the delay of export.
4. The shipping company will fax the confirmation of bill of lading to the consignor one day before loading, please
try to confirm and return before loading, otherwise it may affect the normal issuance of bill of lading. After sailing,
the shipping company shall issue the bill of lading within one working day after receiving the confirmation of the
bill of lading from your company, and arrange the shipping service. If you require backdated, pre-borrowed or
telex released bill of lading, please provide a written guarantee bearing the original official seal of consignor.
Within the permitted scope, the freight forwarder will follow the normal regulations.
5. After the goods are shipped, the shipping company will provide you with the agent information of the port
of destination and the pre-arrangement information of the second journey. Your company can contact the
port of destination for customs clearance and delivery according to the relevant information.
6. The shipper may pay the sea freight to the shipping company to obtain the bill of lading as agreed
between the two parties.
