Q1: How About the MOQ?
A1: OEM order MOQ are 2000pcs each flavor. (free custom logo, color, package design etc for per flavor)
Q2: Can I place a free sample order?
A2: Free sample order is highly welcomed to test our quality first! You only need to pay for the shipping costs.
Q3: Can I print my logo?
A3: Yes, OEM/ODM service is available. Print logo on vape's tube and laser logo on the bottom cap, etc. Different battery light colors and mouthpieces with various colors are available. For details, contact us directly.
Q4: How to order the products?
A4: (1)Tell us what model and quantity you need, get the latest quote.
(2)Make a proforma invoice.
(3)Confirm PI and arrange the payment.
(4)After receiving the payment, we will start the production.
Q5: How do we make the payment?
A5: We accept Paypal, Western Union, TT, L/C.
Q6: What's the delivery time?
A6: Normally 1-3 working days for sample order after delivery payment is received. For bulk orders, it's about 10~25 working days after payment is received.
Q7: How would the goods be shipped?
A7: For small quantity orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx express. For bulk order, by air or by sea usually.
Q8:How long for the warranty?
A8: 3 months for pods, 6 months for battery, 12 months for chargers and accessories.
