1.What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Regular MOQ is 3000PCS per color, yet 100+ PCS are available to order for some in-stocked products.
2.May I take your listed price as final price?
Our listed prices are for your reference only. Different customers require different product accessories
or customized parts, Leading to price changes based on different INCOTERMS. Final prices works in quotation.
3.Could you offer ODM or OEM service?
Yes, our R&D team can give you great supports per your project needs. Meanwhile, our factory is
happy to manufacture OEM products.
4.Could you print our LOGO on products?
Sure. Customized products are welcomed, including private logo, customized packages, even your
favoriate product parts.
5.May I get a sample? Free or Not?
Sample is available. You are required to pay for the samples and postage, but the sample cost will
be refunded once order is confirmed.
6.How about your Lead Time of production?
1 week for production and assembly if materials are in stock; Otherwise, exact lead time varies per
materials status or busy season.
7.What INCOTERMS do you accept?
EXW, FOB, CIF… Cooperation terms can be negotiatable.
8.What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, Paypal, Westunion, L/C… Payment terms can be negotiatalbe.
9.What kinds of shipment methods do you have?
Shipment methods are subject to order quantity, like international express (UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT/SF),
air freight, and ocean freight. We'll recommend you with the most cost-saving shipment based on your demands.
