Magnetite refers to the ore of the oxide mineral magnetite. Belongs to equiaxed crystal system. The crystal is octahedron and dodecahedron. The crystal face has stripes. Most of them are granular aggregates. Iron black, or with dark blue indigo. Black streaks, semi-metallic luster. opaque. No cleavage. The fracture is not flat. The hardness is 5.5~6.5. The density is 5.16~5.18g/cm3. With strong magnetism. Brittle. Odorless and tasteless. Often produced in magmatic rocks and metamorphic rocks. After the material is processed, it can be used in major chemical, building materials, metallurgical and other industries. Working Process

The mined magnetite is first crushed by a jaw crusher and then crushed to a reasonable fineness through a conveyor; the miner is evenly sent to the ball mill, and the ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill. The ore fines ground by the ball mill enter the next process-classification. The ground magnetite then enters the spiral classifier to clean the ore mixture based on the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the speed of precipitation in the liquid is different. ,Classification. When the cleaned and classified mineral mixture of magnetite passes through the magnetic separator, due to the different specific magnetic susceptibility of various minerals, the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated by magnetic and mechanical forces.
