The stainless steel heating mixing tank is designed for making low viscosity cream or liquid products, such as juice ,syrup,jam,sauce,cosmetic liquid.liquid detergent,shampoo,diswashing liquid etcs. it contains heating and mixing function,but no homogenizer. The tank is adopted 3 layers stainless steel,frame mixer and products contact parts are SUS316L material, the shell and frame and control panel are SUS304 material, meet sanitary GMP requirements.
The mixing speed is frequency adjustable, flexible to mix different products. The heating jacket can be heated by water or conduction oil,you can choose the heating medium to the jacket based your products formulation. And the tank capacity also flexible, we have different models from 5L to 5000L. 1. The mixer tank with heating and mixing function,each function can be operated separately.2. Equipped with wall scraping blender and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisfy different technological requirements.
3.Adopts electric heating system,also can cool down the products.
4. Made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. The mixing tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing.
5.With rotor pump ,for discharge the products directly and circulating during the mixing process.
