Hydraulic lifting vacuum high shear homogenizing emulsifier mixer is an ideal production equipment for making manufacturing cosmetics pharmaceutical chemical cream, emulsion, lotion, hand cream, sunscreen ,base cream, ointment, shampoo, ketchup, mayonnaise, toothpaste, etc. The vacuum emulsifying pot is for homogenizing emulsifying products to get fine, smooth products. The products contact part is adopted imported stainless steel 316L, sanitary grade material, meet GMP standard.
 
The tank capacity is flexible from 5L-5000L,just please tell us your products requirement, then we can recommend suitable model for you.
 
Features :
1.vacuum emulsifying pot is designed with vacuum system to pump the products of water and oil phase to main working pot , and remove bubbles during production process.
2.Hydrualic lifting system of emulsifier mixer pot is easilier to clean the scraper mixer blender and homogenizer mixer. more safe than pneumatic lifting .
3.Electric heating system can heat or cool the jacket in different production process. Steam heating is option .
4.PLCtouch screen control,automatically and easy to operate .
5.Bidirection blending and high shear homogenizer to ensure the emulsiyfing and mixing more evenly and effectively . It's the ideal cosmetics manufacturing equipment .
 

Application:
This machine is suitable for the production of cosmetics, medicine, food, chemistry, dyeing, printing ink and other industrial products, especially for the material with high viscosity of matrix and high solid content of emulsifying more effective.
