For calcined petroleum coke our company produces, the kilns we adopt are downstream pot calciners with eight-layer fire tunnels. Kilns of Phase 1 uses general types of silicon bricks as pot wall bricks, and consists of 10 kilns with 32 pots each and calcination temperature of 1250ºC~1350ºC with capacity of 280kt/a; Kilns of Phase 2 uses patented product developed independently by our company as pot wall bricks, and consists of 8 kilns with 48 pots each and calcination temperature of 1350ºC~1450ºC with capacity of 350kt/a.

Mainly used in the manufacture of graphite electrode, carbon, silicon carbide, calcium carbide and other raw materials, can be directly used in smelting, casting and forging process for fuel.
