Structural Design:
1. The 3mm thick steel frame and 2mm thick steel plate are applied for maintenance. The safe transportation and stable utilization should be considered for every component with the surface rust cleaning and corrosion resistance treatment of the container for the purpose of durable use.
2. The 50mm thick dedicated laboratory purification sheets are used for the walls and top of the container with the fire prevention, heat insulation and antibacterial performance. Closed doors and windows are applied for no gas leakage.
3. The exterior windows are the electrically controlled glass or the open-type sealed windows to avoid the external interference to the experimental staff and guarantee the lighting in the laboratory.
Intelligent Design:
1. The application of PLC control system, the auto- control of the disinfection system and pressure difference control guarantees the accuracy of the pressure difference and the security in the laboratory.
2. Infrared cameras are set in and surrounding the laboratory to monitor the internal and surrounding conditions at the real-time and guarantee the internal and external safety.
3. 5G network signal source is applied to timely transmit reports, guaranteeing the timeliness.
