The temperature probe is made from food 304 grade stainless steel and is safe to use as a BBQ accessory,  suitable for all kinds of meat. The stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718°F (380°C) and the temperature probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F.

Comes with 2pc probe clips not only helps to keep your thermometer probe level and steady and improve the accuracy of the temperature readings,but also helps to store your thermometer probe on your grill.

FEATURES OF PROBE
Stainless steel cable is 4.1 feet (1250mm) long.
Probe is 7 inches (178 mm) long and has a probe tip to R angle of 6 inches (153 mm).
Probe diameter of 0.2 inches (5mm), and a probe tip of 0.4 inches (10mm).
Plug has a diameter of 3.5mm (0.14inches) and a length of 0.55inches (14mm).
Probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C).
Stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718ºF(380ºC).

You only need screw knives and pliers to help you complete maintenance at home, reget a well working oven, and save your time and money.
