All of the fence panels, posts, mounting hardware and gates are dipped in electracoat rust inhibitor after final assembly to prevent corrosion and are then powder coated for a premium finished product. 3. Package : protecive bag per panel and then pallet to make sure perfect
Incoming inspection --- auto cutting --- auto punching&drilling --- robotic welding --- grinding & filling ash --- cleaning, zinc-rich posphating and painting --- finish coating --- final inspection
1: Each fence panels is seperated by cardboard (or bubble film), then tied by plastic band, wrapped in plastic film, put on wooden pallet.
2: Each fence post is wrapped in a plastic bag.
3: Accessories are packed in plastic bags then put in cartons.
