Summary

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of SH/T 0689, the industrial standard of the People's Republic of China, Determination of Total Sulfur Content in Light Hydrocarbons, Engine Fuels and Other Oils (Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method), by combining the pulse ultraviolet fluorescence method with computer control technology. It is applicable to the test of low sulfur content of gasoline and diesel including National Standard V, and the test of total sulfur content in liquid, gas, solid and other samples. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is a sulfur content analyzer with advanced technology and wide use.

Main technical features

1. Configuring with a desktop computer and adopts the Windows operating platform. All parameters can be set and tested through direct man-machine conversation.
2. Adopting computer control technology to automatically complete data acquisition, processing, storage and printing, with wide linear range and strong anti-interference ability.
3. Using imported fluorescence excitation source, membrane desiccant, filter, etc. The test has high sensitivity, speed, stability, high accuracy and good consistency.
4. Adopting an advanced temperature control system, with fast and stable temperature rise, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 0.5%±1 ºC within the full temperature control range.
5. It can test the sulfur content of liquid, gas and solid samples, with strong adaptability and wide application fields.
6. Adopting an assembled integrated desktop structure design, and the host, computer system, temperature and flow controller, and sample injector form a whole, which is novel and beautiful..
7. The number of test samples is small and the test time is fast. The computer test time of each sample is about 2 minutes.
