Q2: How to ensure the quality of aluminium profile I purchased?
We have professional inspection team to check the quality, starting from mill finish profiles extrusion, our QC will pick out any potential inferior profiles with mechanical lines, then for anodizing or powder coating etc. When the order is finished and ready for shipping, testing report will be done by QA for PASS.
Q3: What is the payment terms?
Usually we prefer T/T deposit and balance payment against B/L copy, and L/C is also very common.
Q4: Why you are suggested to produce a new mold?
1. Different customers have different requirements or different sizes of the same design aluminium profile.
2. SHANYI is a 25-year customized aluminium extrusion manufacturer, we have mold agreement before producing a new customer mold to keep it absolutely safe and confidential in our automatic mold workshop.
Q5:If you need extrusion urgently, how do we deal with this situation?
a)Our production capability per month over 12500 tons, it takes about 20 days to get ready for a 40HQ container ready.
b) Urgent with unavailable mold: the lead time of mold opening is 7 -10 days+.
c) 15 - 20 days for mass production.
d) You are suggested to prepare your own sample or CAD with cross-section and size first, we offer design improvement.
