Introduction
This Trace Nitrogen Content Analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the industrial standards of the people's Republic of China SH/T 0689-2000 Determination of total sulfur content in light hydrocarbons, engine fuels and other oil products (UV fluorescence method) and SH/T 0657-2007 determination of Trace Nitrogen in liquid petroleum hydrocarbons oxidation combustion and chemiluminescence method.
The Trace Nitrogen Content Analyzer is suitable for the determination of total sulfur content by UV fluorescence method and nitrogen content by chemiluminescence method. It can be widely used in petroleum,chemical, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields are currently domestic advanced sulfur and nitrogen analysis instruments.

Main Features
1. Windows Chinese/English operation platform, computer control analysis, data processing and other processes, and display the working status of the whole process.Test parameters and results can be saved or printed; It can realize historical data query and graphic playback, which is convenient for comparison and analysis.
2. One needle injection can detect sulfur and nitrogen at the same time. The two test results can be detected at the same time. The analysis speed is fast (2-3min/ sample), the analysis is accurate and stable, and the repeatability error is far better than the analysis error requirements of SH/T 0689 and SH/T 0657.
3. The core detector of the instrument is manufactured with patented technology of light and gas leakage prevention, which makes the instrument have the advantages of high sensitivity, low noise, wide linear range, strong anti-interference ability and so on.
4. Core components: membrane dryer, filter, xenon lamp, photomultiplier tube, sampling probe, filter membrane and other main accessories are original accessories imported from the United States, Japan and Europe to ensure the quality of the instrument and the accuracy of the analysis results. The performance of the whole machine reaches the international advanced level, is superior to similar domestic products, and can replace imports.
5. The imported xenon lamp (Japan) is used as the UV pulse light source. The light intensity is stable, the attenuation is slow, and the service life is long. It overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional UV lamp, such as fast attenuation and short service life. The cost does not increase, and the service life is extended to more than 5 years. The good stability ensures the accuracy of the inspection, and greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
6. The Trace Nitrogen Content Analyzer adopts internationally popular circuits and imported components, which reduces the instrument noise and improves the detection sensitivity.
7. The high pressure can be adjusted at will, and the standard sample correction adopts single point correction, which is convenient, fast and accurate.
8. Electronic ozone generator is adopted, and the amount of ozone generation is adjustable, which can meet the detection of large content of nitrogen.
9. Imported high-quality heating furnace wire is adopted, and the service life of cracking furnace is longer.
10. The Trace Nitrogen Content Analyzer adopts has the function of delayed shutdown. At the end of the experiment, the time can be set to automatically shut down, allowing the cracking furnace to cool naturally and shut down automatically at the time, which overcomes the shortcomings of manual waiting in the past.
11. Instrument calibration: the standard samples imported from the United States and Japan are used to calibrate the instrument to ensure the accuracy of instrument measurement.
12. Database management mode: the open LIMS database management mode is convenient for database retrieval and management.
13. Optional solid sampler; The solid injector is equipped with a refrigeration system.
14. Nitrogen digester can be selected to eliminate the interference of high nitrogen and meet the detection of high nitrogen and low sulfur.
