Procedure:
Feed the capsule cups one by one or automatically into the mold slot (stack the empty capsules together or place the cups manually)
Fill the empty cup with nitrogen
No cup, no filling
Lift the powder into the hopper (vacuum powder feeder, optional installation function)
Filling powder
Clean the rim
Fill the filled capsule cup with nitrogen
Automatically take the sealing film
No film and no sealing test
Pneumatic sealing
Finished capsule discharge

Filling:
Material contact part 304 stainless steel
No filling without cups to prevent waste of materials
Equipped with servo motor driven filling, high precision filling, error is less than plus or minus 0.05-0.1g.
It can be connected with the feeder to automatically transport coffee powder (optional function)
The hopper can be rotated for easy removal, making it easy for the operator to clean and replace the powder
With cleaning function of cup edge, ensure tight sealing
Filling volume can be adjusted

Sealing:
Pneumatic sealing, each head is controlled by an independent cylinder
Special customized sealing device, sealing surface uniform, smooth and beautiful
The head is made of first-class brass with good thermal conductivity and stable temperature
Adopt Omron temperature controller, solid state relay matching control, high quality accessories
Sealing time, temperature and pressure can be adjusted

Optional: open or shut the door during operation (this function can be opened or closed freely)

Equipped with air gun
Protection: compressed air connection protection, no connection air compressor, the machine does not start or stop
