SNYLI's Hood type HEPA filter is designed with replaceable structure as one type of HEPA filter terminal box. It's composed of outer housing, thermal insulation cotton, round or inlet duct, air diffuser plate, hanger, HEPA filter.
The entire housing of this Hood type HEPA filter is permanently fixed on the ceiling through the lifting lugs on the outer frame. When the replacement of HEPA filter inside is needed, It does not need to remove the connecting pipe, and the HEPA filter can be replaced directly from the room. Room side replaceable design

Insulated and non-insulated HEPA box housingIn the clean room, the supply air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature when in summer, while generally higher than the indoor temperature in winter. Therefore, it is necessary to insulate the housing of the ternimal HEPA filte box to ensure that the air supply parameters meet the design requirements. The surface of the outside housing is covered with PEF insulation cotton, which has good insulation performance.
Install caution1) Before installation,HEPA terminal box's filtration efficiency ,air flow,pressure drop,leakage situation must be confirmed to meet the construction requirements of the clean room.
2)The HEPA filter box,the cleanroom inside and inside ceiling where the products will be installed should be cleaned completely.
3) The seam between the flange of the HEPA filter terminal box and the ceiling plate needs to be strictly sealed, especially where there are cracks, special treatment is required. The air inlet and air duct should be strictly connected and reinforced and sealed.
4)During installing, pay attention to the direction of the parts. The direction of the parts should not be wrong. For example, the arrow on the outer frame should be consistent with the airflow direction, and the crease direction of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground, etc., to avoid leakage, deformation and damage to the equipment.
5)After the installation is completed, the equipment should be checked. At this time, it depends on whether the HEPA terminal box can operate normally and whether there is any abnormality during operation. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the value of the equipment and check whether the values of various resistances and pressures are normal. Within the range, the installation of the HEPA filter box must pay attention to these details.
