This fixed-type vacuum emulsifying machine is suitable for large-volume production of products, fixed means that its lid is connected with the pot body and can not be separated.No lifting system ,so the machine height is lower than hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifying machine and price is more competitive.
 
And this project is customized according to our customer's requires.It is used for producing Mayonnaise,top mixing and bottom homogenizer is for emulsifing and make the mixture will at a high level quality.The rotor pump is helping the products cycling with vacuum pot,the inline homogenizer is for transfer and emulsifing the powder inside liquid for cycling also ,this is a very strong combination for making the powder or particals into pieces.Vacuum system is for pumping materials into the main pot with negative pressure,and reducing bubbles when producing so that the products more fine and smooth.
 
Features :
1.Easy emulsifying through mixing for high viscosity material.
2. It can be used for vacuuming, heating, emulsifying and cooling process.
3.Micro-grinding, emulsifying, agitating, homo-mixing and dispersing process can be completed in very short time.
4.Homogenizer emulsifying function and paddle mixer can be operated separately.
5.Adopt panel or button control. It is AUTOMATIC.
 

Application:
This machine is suitable for the production of cosmetics, medicine, food, chemistry, dyeing, printing ink and other industrial products, especially for the material with high viscosity of matrix and high solid content of emulsifying more effective.
