Differential thermal analysis: temperature under program control, the relationship and difference of temperature between the measured material and the reference.
The DTA curves is to describe the changing relationship depending on temperature and time between the measured material and the reference compound. During the test, the sample temperature changes due to the phase change or an endothermic or exothermic reaction effects. For example: the phase transition, melting, changing the crystal structure, boiling, sublimation, evaporation, dehydrogenation, cracking or decomposition reaction of oxidation or reduction reaction, destroy the lattice structure.

Details 
1.Furnace body heating adopts customized nickel chrome wire double row winding system, reduce interference, more high temperature resistance.
2.Tray sensor, made of alloy wire seiko, with high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and other advantages.
3. Power supply, the circulation cooling part is separated from the main engine to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the microthermal balance.

4. The upper open cover structure is convenient to operate. It is very difficult to put samples in the upper moving furnace body, and it is easy to damage the sample bar.

The delta Y calculation was used to determine the component percentages. Resin = 44.144%; Glass = 56.854%. The resin decomposes in two steps, first rapidly, then slows as the last remaining resin decomposes.
Can the TGA be used to identify safe operating temperatures in various gases?
Here is an example of a weight gain experiment. A manganese sample was
run in a nitrogen atmosphere. The sample purge rate was 30 mL/minute. The delta Y calculation with calculation limits were arbitrarily set at 115 °C and 1190 °C. In this experiment the weight gain is due to the formation of manganese nitride. When manganese is run in argon, there is no weight change.
