Shipping FCL booking and precautions
1. When booking the shipping space for export, the customer shall fill in the shipping space booking for export according to the content of the letter of authorization, and send the completed shipping form to the freight forwarding company by fax or email. The SHIPPER must indicate the following: a. Shipper b. The CONSIGNEE c. The NOTIFY PARTY d. Port of departure e. Port of destination f. Type and quantity of cases g. Number of cases, gross weight and volume h. i. Name of goods (if dangerous goods, please indicate the danger level and relevant matters for attention, and please indicate the freezing temperature in the freezer)j. Shipping company or NVOCC (if you specify).k. Other requirements
2. If you have a tariff agreement with the shipping company or NVOCC, please fax the shipping company's tariff confirmation at the same time (without the shipping company's confirmation, the tariff is invalid).
3. If you need a freight company to arrange the customs declaration of the trailer, you need toinform the loading time, loading address and contact person, so as to arrange the operation of the truck pickup.
4. The freight forwarding company will inform you in advance if some requirements cannot be met when accepting your consignment for booking space.
5. The closing date of the customs is the morning before the ship leaves and the containers have been completed and entered the designated position in the port area.
8. The forwarder company will fax the confirmation of bill of lading to your company one day before loading. If the bill of lading is made by the shipping company, the forwarder company will fax the confirmation of bill of lading to your company immediately after receiving it.
9. The freight forwarding company will return the return documents to your company as soon as possible.
10. According to the previous agreement, settle the fee with the forwarder to get the bill of lading.
