1.All stainless steel components we will 316 grade.
2.aluminium rivets is feasible. We also offer Monel rivets which Highfiled boats using.
3.As for glue, we using brand: Henkel,Chinese Origin. Highfiled also using this glue. If you have any special requirements,we can discuss.
As for quality control, we do 3 times inspection during whole production process.
1. leakage test after heat welding. If there is a leaking product, a dedicated person will be responsible for repairing it. After repair, it will be inspected again.
2.water leakage test after finish floor process.
3.The pre-packaging inspection is to check that all small seams /attachments whether glued well.
