Flexible control cable used for signaling and control of static or mobile devices in industry, electric plants or offices.
Lightweight and relatively thin, resistant to medium mechanical loads, used for fixed or limited mobile installations (not permanently mobile) without tensile load.
Installed in dry or damp premises, outdoor application only under protection against UV-irradiation. Not intended for laying in ground or water.
1. Conductor: bare copper conductor, fine wired stranded, class 5, acc. to IEC 60228 / HD 383 / DIN VDE 0295
2. Insulation: PVC compound TI2 acc. to HD 21.1 / DIN VDE 0281 or YI2 acc. to VDE 0207.4
• with green-yellow core, always in external layer (≥3 cores) or without green-yellow core )
• core marking: (acc. to DIN VDE 0293) black numbered
• cores stranded in layers
3. Sheath: PVC compound TM2 acc. to HD 21.1 / DIN VDE 0281 or YM2 acc, to VDE 0207.5A

1.Q: What' s your MOQ?
A: For Aipu brand cables in stock MOQ is 305m/1000ft, if for customized items, the MOQ are 100ctns.
2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Choose the style you want from our website, provide the address for us to quote the express fee. If the freight fee could be accepted, after received the payment, we will send out within 7 working days for the stock product. If for the customized product, it will take about 5-15 days. It would be glad and more convenient for both of us if you have an Express collect account.
3. Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a structured cabling and ELV wire & cable manufacturer with 30 years production experience.
4. Q: Can you accept customize or design for us?
A: Yes, all of our products could export as our own brand or customize as customer requirement.
5. Q: Is it possible to get a free sample?
A: Yes, the small samples are free, and shipping cost have to be paid by your esteemed company.
6. Q: If I want to purchase, how to pay?
A: Usually, we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L, or LC. Other payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.
7. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: We provide 25 years warranty for the cabling products.
