LPG cylinder leakage testing machine is a special test equipment designed by us, suitable for LPG cylinder leakage test, can be single-machine operation, and supporting output line operation, especially suitable for the inspection of cylinder manufacturers. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation and safety, low labor intensity, high detection efficiency and good effect. The utility model comprises a roller, a roller frame, a pull rod, a water tank, a lifting frame, a compression device and a pneumatic control system.
LPG cylinders are visually tested for any leaks from welded parts or flanged connections. LPG cylinders sink into pools filled with water. Since it takes time to sink the cylinders in water and wait for the bubbles to appear, the air leak tester is designed to test 5-12 cylinders at a time. After all cylinders have been fed into the cage, the cage is closed end to end, and the cylinders are sunk sideways into the water for visual inspection for air leaks.
