What's your warranty? -Key parts for one year, but easily damaged parts are not in the range of the warranty. During the warranty term, key parts are damaged (not caused by improper operation), you will compensate we with the replacement parts free of charge. You will show our clear picture to verify they are damaged indeed. If necessary, you can ask us to return the damaged parts.
What can you do if the machines meet problems -We provide lifelong technical support. -If there is a problem with the product,you can send us the problem video and our engineer will give the advice. -You can get the component for free in defects liability period. -You can meet our engineers, but you may need pay the airfare and other fees.
How Can I Know Your Forklift Is Designed For My Product? -You can tell me the detail, and my engineer will help you.
How can you control the quality and delivery? -We use good material and arrange quality inspection to ensure the quality. -The delivery time depends on your order quantity.
